How does our FREE MLS Listing work?  We are licensed brokers and members of the MLS services in Connecticut, so we will act as your listing agent (and will help you through the entire process). We simply choose not to take the typical ¿listing agency¿ commission.

A typical real estate agency charges 5-6% for their services which include placing your home on the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Realtor.com, and handling the setting up of the appointments for agents to show your home. This commission is split between the listing agency and the buyer's agency.

Through our program you will be in the same MLS and on Realtor.com, offering the same buyer's agency commission (and therefore incentive for agents to show), but you'll save thousands on the listing agency commission. You pay only 3.5% if the buyer has an agent, not the typical 5-6%. The best part is you pay that 3.5% only if the buyer has an agent - NO Commission if they don't have an agent!

Agents will find your phone number in the listing, and call you directly to schedule the appointment at your convenience. If you like, we can provide a lockbox to make those showings even easier.

Note this added benefit: Buyers searching Realtor.com, Homes.com, SellersListingService.com & CTNow.com without an agent will call you directly, so they will be at No Commission!
